Spot welding process(portable spot welding machine):
1. Prepressing, to ensure good contact of the workpiece.
2. Power on, to make the welding place to form a nugget and plastic ring.
3. Power off forging, to make the nugget under the action of pressure cooling crystallization, forming a dense structure welding spot without shrinkage cavity and crack.
